Formal Complaint ProcessThe Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation is committed to providing high quality services to the people of the State of Texas and to ensuring that all of its customers are treated fairly, courteously and with respect. As such, the Corporation has adopted a policy and procedure to ensure that complaints from customers are addressed and responded to in a prompt, efficient and fair manner. All complaints must be in writing in order to enable us to better serve you in processing your complaint. All complaints will be reviewed in a confidential manner. Complaints may be submitted by mail, fax or e-mail at: Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation Fax (512) 477-3557 Please Note: Corporation procedures require a written and signed complaint from the complainant before any action can be initiated. Complaints received via e-mail are logged in, but are not considered formal complaints. For information on submitting a formal written complaint, follow the procedures outlined in the Corporation's Complaints Procedure and Process.
